I have been a full-time professional real estate agent since 2006. I am knowledgeable about real estate values, property trends, development projects and investment strategies.

I will help prepare the sale of your property or purchase of your property with my access to a solid core of professional colleagues (e.g. contractors, real estate attorneys, permit facilitators, structural engineers, financing professionals, environmental engineers, 1031 exchange facilitators, etc.).

I have transactional experience in a wide variety of deal structures, including sale/leasebacks, 1031 exchanges, SBA 504 loans, NNN investments, ground leases, and traditional single or multi-tenant investment properties. As your exclusive broker, I analyze your property with a focus on realistic expectations for each asset and its relationship to the market. My financial and marketing experience enables me to negotiate property sales at the highest possible price in the shortest period of time.

I was born and raised in California.  I have lived in San Francisco since 2000. I bought my first piece of real estate in 2007. I am a contributing real estate writer for various publications including, CAR magazine, NAR magazine, Vanguard magazine and CurbedSF. I speak conversational Spanish and I have lived in three foreign countries.
